Well, after having a great time with Skye at beginners agility I have now handed over the mantle to my daughter (13) who has been taking Skye on sunday mornings and loving every minute of it. Even she is amazed at how talented Skye has become and her relationship with Skye has become stronger....i.e. Skye has more respect for my daughter now!! We were assured that Skye would cope with taking orders from another member of the family for agility and she has done brilliantly! I have to admit, I struggle to keep up with Skye's speed at times but my daughter doesnt have this problem!! (My dodgy knee) Now, if I could only upload giant pics then I would be able to show you!!

Had to take Skye for her annual booster a few weeks ago and I mentioned that Skye is doing beginners agility. My vet has a BC himself and pleaded with me not to take it too far as he sees sooooo many BC's in with premature arthritis and bad joints through doing too much agility. We then ended up having a long chat about BC's desires to exercise themselves at a rapid pace and the difficulty in preventing a natural want only to end up stifling an energetic breed! Waffle, waffle, sorry! *doggiehug*
