Hey, im not sure how many people on here may have seen my posts on another BC forum, but i thought i would post on here for opinions too lol. (Never posted before i dont think!!) Anyway!
"I am led to belive that it is around 80-100bpm Depending on lifestyle? How would ill health affect the heart rate?
I just took Hollys heart rate, (shes been ill recently) and it was 48 bpm??? I thought i must have done something wrong so did a double take, still 48 bpm? its scaring me a little bit. She was fine and playing etc, she is kipping now as i type? Just a bit confused....?! Shes twitching her paws in her sleep lol. Is this the resting heart rate combined with the fact she is a bit poorly? (on meds for suspected bladder infecton - she wont eat her usual kibble just now so i have been giving her cooked chicken & rice)
Im away to take her pulse as i am well baffled...
Edit...yeah pulse rate is about the same..."
This was last night, after posting as soon as the back door was opened she was up and charging around the garden as normal, she is still behaving normally today although i havent taken the stats again yet...opinions??
