Wondering if anyone can give me some ideas on how to teach the right and left turns for agility?

You mean as directionals? Wing wraps to come back on themselves or just more slightly to left and right?

For steering, I found that just teaching the dogs to spin left and right really helped....well, they knew that but I started to incorporate it into agility.

Thanks for the reply yes I mean directionals I will try that my dogs do know the spins so will have a go with that as well.
