Hi All,

Our pet dog training club committee has asked whether a couple of us would like to train to be Instructors.
They are leaving it up to us to Investigate and find out about dates, prices etc which we then need to present to the committe for further approval.

My initial findings are courses by APDT and BIPDT.
I have so many questions, but as yet cant find the answers on the web, so was wondering if any of you guys had any input to help me out.
Our club uses the positive reward method of training , we also do the KC GCDS awards.

1. Are these courses aimed at the right level for Pet Dog training.

2. Are there any other training bodies that provide courses

3. Are there any that we need to stay away from.

Any response even if it is what you clubs Instructors are, and whether you are happy with them.
