• Respect all members on the forum. There will be no tolerance towards cruel comments about race, sex, religion, sexual orientation, background, etc. This also means, do not criticize the writing styles of other members. We are all still learning, so offer help when it is needed.
  
• Do not ask to be an admin or moderator. If I think you will be good for the job then I'll make you one. Please respect and listen to all admin and moderators. If you think they're doing something unfair, post it in the help area. Also, do not argue with the admin and moderators - their final decision is final. If you have a problem with their decision then PM another admin.
  
• Do NOT ask for the head admin to make you a banner or ANYTHING graphical. We do NOT take requests. She only does such things for her friends or those she considers worthy of receiving one.
  
• Obey the Staff. It doesn't matter if you're talking to an admin, a moderator, or a profile mod, staff is staff and they know what they're talking about. You need to listen to them, especially when it comes down to doing and not doing. We're not going to ask you to automatically respect them, but you need to listen. There is no if, ands, or buts about this. However, keep in mind that an admin's word is the final say.
  
• Do not purposely pick fights with other members. If a disagreement arises, do not involve the entire board, settle it over PM. However, if a compromise is not reached, and the argument continues for longer than is needed, the members involved will receive disciplinary action such as ejection from the forum.
  
• A separate account is required for each character. So if you've got three characters, you need three accounts. You may only make a new character once your previous character has 20 posts. There is a limit of only 8 characters per person!
  
• When using a character avatar, please make sure it is either from an anime or your own personal art (or that you have permission from the artist to use it). We don't want any angry artists bearing down on us, trust me.
  
• Links, This is a role play site for only role play purposes and fun any suggestion to other role play sites or trying to steal players will result in your deletion from this forum. As for the player who suggested it will be receiving further punishment by an admin.
  
• SPAMMING! Simply, don't do it. Spamming is posting in the same thread over and over, posting things that don't relate to the topic at hand over and over, and just being an all around pain. It doesn't matter if it's on boards or in the cbox, you will be banned if the mods see it.
  
• You must have a BIO before you RP! You can RP before I approve the bio, but if something needs fixed, you better fix it asap or I will delete all of your posts. Since there are no stats here, it is hard to determine what is too strong or what not. Just remember not to powermod. If you attempt to make your character too strong, I will ask you to tune it down with them.

• Characters! When making an account for your character, please be sure that your account name is the name of your character - First Name Last Name; this is required and you will be forced to have your account name changed if you do not comply. If you are placing a picture of your character in your signature, please be sure that the image isn't too large and that it does not stretch the board.
  
• Only bleach attacks are allowed to be used in the forum. There is to be no Naruto or DBZ attacks ever and all moves must comply with the logical laws of bleach. If seen using a DBZ Move you will be frozen & possibly ejected.
  
• Joining RP. Anyone is allowed to join passively in public areas such as Around Town, but before hopping into an active RP located in the homes you should ask the people currently Role playing, either in brackets (( )) or in IM if you may join.
  
• Fighting: You are allowed to fight in character but understand that no one likes to fight unrealistic battles. Also understand that even if you want to fight, no one has to comply with that in a thread and they can walk away. When it comes to fighting, do NOT Power Mod or God Mod. Also, No Metagaming!!
  
• Love: Of course your characters are free to develop crushes and fall in love, this place isn't supposed to be sucking all the fun out of the anime. If you start a thread where your character will be having sex, please put an "M" in the title.
  
• M Rating: This site has an M rating because swearing, killing, violence, and other matters like this are allowed. All mature posts must be labeled as such.
  
• Spelling/Gramar: Proper grammar is expected. It's understood that everyone makes mistakes, but excessive misspellings and "chat speak" will not be tolerated. There are numerous free spell-checker websites and Firefox and other browsers have one built into them; use these tools.
  
• Posting: The minimum post length is 300 words, but you should aim for more than that; longer posts mean there's more to work with, after all. :3 A posting order should be followed in each thread, especially in a thread that involves more than two characters. So it'll look like this:

  Character B
  Character A
  Character C jumps in
  Character B posts
  Character A posts

• Traveling. You may only be in one place at a time within a category. For example, you may be in Hueco Mundo as well as the Earth as long as the role play is at a different time such as a week later or so. You may not be in two role plays under the same category. If this doesn't make sense to you, PM me and I'll try to elaborate.

(1) Respect
While this probably goes without saying, treating other players and GMs with respect is something that should always be done, unless of course disrespect is something that is involved in the story line. Treat the player themselves (possibly not the character) the same way you would like to be treated yourself.

If you feel you are being harassed by another player, you must tell that other play to stop and use the word stop. If the player persists after you say stop, it is harassment. Harassment claims where the complainant does not ask the other to stop first will not be investigated.

(2) Language
No excessively hateful or foul language. Please keep this in mind. Swearing is allowed in RP, if absolutely necessary, but please use restraint in OOC conversation and with personal grievances. Repeated insults and foul language will result in a warning. Play nice with your fellow RPers.

Insulting members of other communities or causing trouble which leads to greifing between communities will not be tolerated.

(3) OOC (Out Of Character) Courtesy
Please refrain from excessive OOC speaking and actions. Being an OOC observer is fine, but remember, you don't exist. This is an RP forum, and there are people trying to role play.

Please use brackets - [ ], { }, ( ), (( )) or the [offtopic]This Offtopic Code[/offtopic]- for all OOC speak.

(4) Griefing and Harassment
Do not take the law into your own hands. If someone is breaking the rules, do not confront them. Griefing in return is still griefing and may leave you subject to the same consequences at the discretion of a GM. Gather proof of actions and contact a GM via the list of.

Sexual harassment is not tolerated in BR. All accusations will be swiftly investigated and dealt with.

(5) Combat
Attacking people "out of the blue" is not allowed. This is also known as "KOS" or "Kill On Sight". There MUST be an RP introduction from all parties involved before the fight or it will be voided. The attacking party will face punishment at the discretion of the GM. (No Instant Attacking).

If you wish to spar OOCly, you must obtain permission from the player you wish to fight.

When wounding a character do not do anything which will cause permanent damage to a character (i.e removing limbs or organs.)
Password: "All Hail Aleina" (Remember this phrase when making your character sheet. Add is as either a 2nd favorite quote or at the end of the personality. If this isn't in the app, you won't be accepted.)

(6) GMs & Highers
Muting a GM, Owner or Management is a bannable offense.

GMs reserve the right to kick, ban, or otherwise use their given powers for any reason they see fit. They were made GMs for a reason. Please don't try to go to another GM with the same problem a GM just made a decision on. This is manipulative and forbidden. Our decisions are final, we need make no excuse for them, and no amount of manipulation, bribery or sweet talking will get you out of a decision that's been made just because you don't like it.

Please do not spam the with useless information, complaints, advertisements, or things like, "Why was I banned?" If you have a question about an ejection or ban, please go the the GM or another GM and politely request the GM that Kicked/Banned you to contact you and you can settle the matter without spamming the public channels. The world does not need to know your problems.
