Sonic and the Secret Rings, Discuss *Possible spoilers*

I thought there should be a topic about this game seeing as its out already. I've played it and I must say good job Sonic Team. This game beats Sonic Next hands down, and is really enjoyable it got a bit of frustrating parts, and a terrible voice for a villian as well as corny music. But all in all its pretty sweet.

Iīm afraid I havenīt played it yet. Can you tell me why itīs called like that? I mean, I know itīs about finding pages of a book and stuff, but what does this have to do with secret rings? o.o And, are there are different voice actors now than in ShTH and Sonic Riders?

I dont wont to spoil it but[spoiler]the secret rings stand for the seve world rings which are needed to get out of the book.[/spoiler] the game seems to be very fast past and the enviorments are incredible as well.

To answer Maria Robotnik, the voice actors are the same as those games. The games has secret rings called ''the seven world rings'' which Sonic has to collect in order to save his life. The Seven world rings reprsent different emotions i.e. the red ring represents anger. That stuff about Sonic having to find missing pages of a book is not true and was just fan speculation.

I heard this game got a rating of 3 out of 5 and the mini-games was crappy. It's like it's been thrown together in the last moment.

Well yes some say its a 3/5 and they say the minigames are a Mario Party rip which is sort of true but bad.

I thought the game was a lot of fun. It's getting back to Sonic 2D roots.

Okay, I actually played it afterall. o . O I suppose hearing a review and actually playing the game is different.
It wasn't as bad as I thought, really. It had a different environment and gameplay to it that I never actually played in before. The story was awesome. XD;; Having it be portrayed as a book was great as well. But, if they had the same graphics seen at the start of the game throughout, would really be awesome. X o x;; And, the detailing of Sharah (hope I spelled it right) was sweet. XP Though, hard part is getting those missing pieces of the book. o-o
I thought the multi-player ordeal was fun. XD

I never really play the multi player..But, I have beat the main game several time..And on top of that I also have sonic leveled up to Lv. 96..Which makes the game so much easier to play..

XD Well, that is pretty high and is helpful. Perhaps I might reach that level one day. But, multi-player is still fun. > U < Except for a few games that take too long to make a move on. XD Like, the Spot the Difference game, there should be more time to play it and less time moving around the panel even when you get it right.

My Sonic's only on level 76. I feel so weak I'm gonna work my Sonic up all the way I just hope I have the endurance to do it.

That is quite true, indeed. I recalled reading a review about this game and it was ranked very low. But, then, I rented the Secret Rings and what do you know... I ended up playing it for hours on end. Lol.
