Raccoon General Hospital
Raccoon's largest hospital was established in 1992, a few blocks from the Clock Tower. During the outbreak, hospital staff on Umbrella's payroll engineered a vaccine for the T-Virus. Unfortunately, the hospital was overrun before the vaccine could be produced in large quantities.

Raccoon City University
A good-sized University was located on the east side of the city. As with many establishments in Raccoon, Umbrella's influence extended even here. Some of the faculty toiled at perfecting biological weapons. Others, somehow privy to Umbrella's T-Virus research, worked at a cure.

Raccoon City Zoo
Raccoon City boasted a popular zoo near a a main trolley hub in the northwest part of town. Its mascot, "Mr. Raccoon," was known throughout the city. When the outbreak spread here, it infected several exotic species including hyenas, lions, and a very angry elephant.

Raccoon Police Department
The precinct was formerly an art museum until the late 1980s, when it was purchased by the police for its ample parking space. It was lavishly decorated with art purchased by Brian Irons, and several storage rooms were occupied primarily with undisplayed items. The building contained two entrances to the city's sewer system; one through the kennels, and one through a secret room connected to Chief Irons' office. These sewer entrances allowed travel into Umbrella's secret, underground lab. The R.P.D building was temporarily used as a fortress by surviving officers who later were killed by creatures or shot to death by Chief Irons.

Jack's Bar
Once a place of pleasure, Jack's bar has become a hell of undead activity. This structure has been ravaged by zombies and monsters of all manners, and as such, is nothing more than a den of death for even the most hardy of survivors. Show extreme caution while wandering the confines of this place.
