A London news station's nightly routine was interrupted when a group of people, pale and hostile, interrupted the telecast. Killing everyone in the station with live cameras rolling, vampires Rothai and Ulric Hjalmar 'came out'. In a very public and real way, they made one bold, violent statement: vampires are real.
Shocked and outraged, the muggle world has begun retaliating while the vampires continue to reek havoc on the world. Bent on domination, Rothai, with her right hand man Ulric, destroy much of the Ministry of Magic. Held together with advisers, the Ministry has flimsy control on the wizarding world, making it vulnerable to the forces just waiting to replace Voldemort.
