With all of this talk of Trek's anniversary, it is easy to forget that Star Wars' 30th Anniversary is next year.

When is it exactly? I can see myself re-watching the movies at that time, especially the original trilogy..No plans other than that though..

When exactly is the Trek anniversary? Also, the Star Wars anniversary, what month do we celebrate and watch 15 hours of Star Wars!?

The Star Trek Anniversary is on September 8th.. I don't know about the Star Wars Anniversary..Perhaps we could look up when the first Star Wars movie was first released in the theatres..

this is the year for Star Wars 30th anniversary! Just a few more months left
 I wonder if they are going to do anything on TV, they already had George Lucas at the Rose parade this year |

Did any of you catch the Star Wars special on G4 from the convention? I thought it was great..Wonder why they didn't do something similar for Star Trek's 40th..Hmmm, anyway I hope you all at least watched 1 or 2 Star Wars movies to celebrate Star Wars at 30..I watched episodes 4, 5 and 6..great movies..
