Arcadia Arcadia is the breathing heart of Rapture, with it's lush forests and plant life used to generate life-sustaining oxygen the city requires. This area has since been expanded much as the rest of the city has so it can provide more oxygen for more people. It is a tranquil haven for those who seek a bit of normalcy, having sunlight filtered down into it's gardens. |
