Okay I had to share this with everyone. This is 'The Refiner's Fire' and it's sequel 'Time of Destiny' by Abraxan over on SIYE..

I absolutely loved these two stories, they are long, and have a bit of everything in them. The span Harry's 6th and 7th years, and we're written before HBP came out.

I'm reading 'The Refiner's Fire' right now!! I started it about a month ago and I have 5 chapters left. Then I'm going to read 'A Time of Destiny'.
