labeau's tent
this is the tent belonging to the owner and ringmaster of labeau's, madame labeau herself. she doesn't appreciate people poking around in her private business, so if you're caught in here, you better hope you have a good excuse rehearsed.

the big top
the big top is the main performance tent. the sun lights the enormous tent during the day, with spotlights lighting the tent for the night performances. the stands surround the center ring, which contains a trapeze, and other equipment that the circus folk are in charge of moving between performances.

the carnival
the carnival is where most of the action happens before the main performances in the big top. stalls are run by carnies, as well as some circus folk whose abilities aren't up to scratch to perform in the big top.

the practice grounds
at the back of the big top and out of view of any outsiders is a cleared patch of dirt, big enough to support anybody who wishes to practice their performance or take a break from the hustle and bustle of the circus.

animal sheds and stables
these collapsible sheds store the animals that belong to labeau's. perfomers who work with animals can commonly be found here, as well as the circus folk who are in charge of looking after the various animals.

tents and caravans
the majority of the circus members sleep in their own tent or caravan while the circus stays in one town. the mens' tents are on one side of the circus grounds, whereas the womens' tents are on the other. late night rendezvous are strictly forbidden by labeau, but you won't get in trouble, if you don't get caught.

transport
labeau's circus uses two forms of transport: train and boat. in both, same sex compartments/cabins are assigned. labeau doesn't care for the motion or seasickness of her workers, as long as her circus gets to where it needs to be when it needs to be there.

shops
there's nothing like a little retail therapy to put your mind at ease after a particularly hard day at the circus. however, with the measly income the circus workers make, they're more likely to steal anything that catches their eye than actually be able to buy something worthwhile.

bars and taverns
drowning in your sorrows is a surefire way to forget the dismal circus life, even if it is just for a night. just don't let labeau catch you acting drunk and disorderly; she won't let anything tarnish her reputation.

eateries
after living on the minimal rations given to the circus workers, any restaurant or cafe would feel like a five star establishment. how the circus workers afford to eat in these places on the rare days they manage to escape is anyone's guess.

markets
almost every town, no matter how big or small, has their own market. because of the cheaper prices, these markets attract the circus workers like moths to a lamp. some of the newer performers can be found busking here, alongside the locals.
