Uh, forgive me not knowing as much as you, as I'm still learning the history and way of Transformers ( I was hooked on TF by Armada, one of the disliked series among G1 loyalists). But who or what do you mean by "City Bots?"

Scorponok, Trypticon, Grandus, Metroplex/Metrotitan, Fortress Maximus/Brave Maximus and a number of other transformers that instead of vehicles transformed in to bases (with often a mobile assault platform altmode as third altmode). And YES, I want some new bases <3 --------------------  Currently Playing: G2 Afterburner (+ other G2 Skyscorchers), Battletrap, Countdown, Flattop, Mainframe/Push-Button, Sky Lynx, some random NPCs |

I'm hoping they'll reissue some citybots cheaply, the big ones go for 300+...

Yeah... I'd like to see some Japan-only (like Stepper, Star Convoy, Soundblaster)citybots reissued like Metrotitan or BLACK ZARAK!!! Now that would be cool!

Well, I was always hoping that the Armada-Energon-Cybertron trilogy would be the ultimate homage to G1 IF they ever redesigned a Trypticon a la Energon Omega Supreme/Sentinel.

Archer wanted to do a new city bot. The issue is that kids now want sportscars and fast things. The bases weren't feasible and Hasbro didn't think they could sell them. Otherwise a Minicon basebot would so totally rock!
