mhmmm the guy did a really good job but I`m already (trying to) follow(ing) these rules. =P

Itīs not really hard I think. You just need to work on something really seriously and then you remind all the points he had listed automatically. I mean I hope you are reasonable enough not to make melon-breast like uber sex goddesses. It would be jsut embarassing
