I'm going to be accepting applications to be a part of the staff. You must be willing to take on the recponcebility if you apply. When you apply, you are saying you are willing to accept the recponcebilities of any position unless you clearly state you will not be able to participate in a certain role. You will be put on the sidebar and the recponcibilites will come as they do. Please PM me your applications.
NOTE: I will be be asking certain members to be a part of the staff. You do not have to take on the job if you don't want it.
ANOTHER NOTE: This is not a payed job. I will on occation give my members some form of reward in thanks, I'm noit quite sure what yet, but some form of reward about every few weeks or so.

Admin: You will co-run the forum with me. An admin has the ability to create new threads, edit the layout, and have power over other members. This is a huge recponcibility so be sure that you are up to it. I will only allow one or two members into the position, if any.

Moderator: The police of Artistic Being. They have the ability to edit and delete posts, give out warning points, and have power over other members. They will modetor posts to ensure that everyone is following the rules.

Marketer: They will be advertising Artistic Being and creating new ads. This will inclue graphic design. They will also be able to create new sidebar images and logos. All final ads must be sent to be for approval.

Designer: They will help me with new layouts, images, and logos. They will need to have graphic design skills and a good eye for matching colors, plus know the formatting for Invisionfree sites. They will also help me make prizes for the contests.

Reveiwer: They will read/veiw other people's work and give them feedback and edits. If you need someone to go over your work, just send it to them. Their job is to give constructive critisism and praise. Also, they can run and judge contests at any time they wish. This is the position we need the most of because people come here to have their art seen and to get help on. It also requires the least experience.

Sociallite: This is sort of an extra, that cannot be applied for. They will help organize events and always have to be flashy with their posts or avatars/signatures. You can suggest someone you think would be a good sociallite. The people I select will be fun, nice, active, friendly members who everyone on this site talks too.
