Member Rules 1. No member may double post; the only place where double-posting is allowed is in the Gallery, and that’s only in the case of posting a new image. 2. No member may spam* except in the Spam Lounge 3. No member may register two accounts 4. No member may flame** or troll*** another member 5. No member may flood the forum with threads that have already been made. 6. No member may post links to warez, pornography, hentai, ROMs, crackz, serials or any other illegal content. 7. The staff has the right to request of members to remove any reprehensible or offensive content in signatures, avatars, and also a change in user names. 8. Stay on topic. If you’d really like to say something that’s not entirely pertaining to the topic, you may do so, but be sure that you get back on topic immediately. 9. If you want to contact and speak with an individual member, use the Private Message (PM) option. Try to keep strictly personal info that has nothing to do with the forum to PM. 10. Complaints towards staff members or regular members may be addressed publically in the Suggestions and Feedback section of the forum as individual topics. Try not and fill one topic with various complaints, because it’s harder to find and keep track of who’s complaining about what. 11. No member may start threads for the purpose of flaming *Spamming: Posting just for the sake of raising post count, such as submitting posts that have unintelligible gibberish (aslfdja;sjfd;lask), repeating a phrase over and over again, and/or making random and spontaneous statements that do not pertain to the topic in which it’s in. **Flaming: The hostile attacking of a member or staff member with verbal offense, threats, insults, expression of loathing, etc. ***Trolling: Persuading, taunting, or coercing another member into a fight or “flame-fest.” Staff Guidelines 1. Assignment of warning points will go as follows A. First offense for double-posting, spamming and posting duplicate threads: 1 pt. B. Second offense for the above: An additional warning point and suspension of posting ability for 24 hours C. Third offense for the above: An additional warning point and suspension of account for 48 hours. D. Fourth offense for the above: Either account suspension and for a week and 2 pts or banning. E. First offense for linking/posting warez, porn, crackz, serials, hentai, ROMs, etc, flaming and trolling: 2 pts and posting ability suspension for 24 hours. F. Second offense for the above: Either 3 pts and a week of account suspension or banning. G. First offense for registering two accounts: 1 pt and deletion of second account. H. Second offense for the above: 2 pts and posting ability suspension for 24 hours. I. Third offense for the above: Either 2 pts and account suspension for 72 hours or banning. 2. All assignment of points must be followed by a public verbal statement of the added warning and punishment, as well as the reason why they were added. 3. The warning points added for a particular offense may be removed a day after having been added ONLY if a posting ability suspension/account suspension punishment hasn’t been added. If they have been added along with the warning points, then the points are to be removed a day after the suspension time has ended. This is all provided that the member maintains good behavior for that day. 4. Banning is to be discussed and approved by the staff group of administrators and/or by the site owner. 5. Staff members may not use their executive powers to punish members, close threads, delete threads, delete posts, etc. when no crime has been committed.
