Yes, one the of the most debated topics. Everyone claims this and that when its comes to the pitbull and rottweiler. Well time for the stone cold truth. And if you have anything to add be my guest ;) .
Now what the pitbull is holding down on its table is gameness, wind and mouth(Below) are the meanings)
Gameness-To never give up, to not think about ones pain but to finish the job that needs to be done. They shall never give up, nor give in, but finish the foe just because it has to be done
Wind-How long and animal can go without burning out. Pitbulls have great wind, and when crossed with gameness it can be deadly.
Mouth-A hard bite, pitbulls and rottweilers both have a great bite. But sometimes the pitbulls lacks great mouth AS WELL AS THE ROTTWEILER.
Pitbulls are a bulldog and fox terrier cross. Afterbull baiting was out lawed, the old dog men loved their bulldog's toughness and willingness to fight to the finish. So they turned to dog fighting. Thus creating the American Pitbull Terrier. They picked out the gameness of the gameness dogs. They truly created the best fighting dog ever made.
What Rottweilers have to put on the table is mouth. Thats it! Only mouth. Rottweilers dont have gameness, nor do they have wind. Its been seen, they cur out in 2 minutes or less. This breed was not created for gameness, so they can not show it. Alot of people claim these dogs are immune to pain, which in some cases that may be the case but in the dog fighting world this breed is a joke to the APBT. Maybe if this breed fought other cur breeds like the sheperd or husky, maybe this breed would have a fighting chance, but to match a cur breed with a fighting breed is not only inhumane but unfair. So I say to all rottweiler owners, the rottweilers size can not help them, not even their agressiveness. Because its not about that, its all about gameness! Something the rottweiler can never have nor any other breed.
