As alot of us probably already know, they're are alot of different allergies to different things out there and the list is always growing. So let's each do our little bit and inform others who mightn't know of some of the allergies that are out there, because it isn't just food allergies and that's what people have got to understand. So if you've got an allergy that you want to write a bit about or just say that 'hey yeah I've got allergies to [insert substance here]' make a post and tell people that, you could also add to what other things that make you allergic to because your allergic to the substance. It can be any allergy whether it the most common food allergy like peanut or the hardly ever heard of...

Like latex for example, I knew you could be allergic to that and therefore condoms but I didn't think of elastic and all the different things that have that in it like underwear, shirts, etc... even toothpaste!
