When posting links always remember the URL :) and just give everyone a rough statement or so on what the website is for or about. You can post these links whenever even if you are a new member.

I stress this: Make sure yourself before posting that the website for what it is for is appropriate, otherwise your post will be deleted for any abusive, derogatory, disturbing, pornographic, etc. site that you post and you will be given a warning or banning depending on the severety. Mind you though if the website is for graphic design and a member on the site has posted an issue that is deemed offensive you are not accountable for that. The post you've made for the site will just be deleted and you won't receive any warning or blame. :)
