You Must Win One Battle Against One Of Our Moderaters, Or Owners.
You Must At Least Be A Chuunin Or Higher, Unless You Reset Your Account.
You Must Have 10 Characters Unlocked.
You Must Have A +6 Streak.
You Must Have A 65% Win Percentage Or Higher At ALL Times.
You Must Be Experienced With Clan Wars.
