Dylan had gotten the call and right away he had started freaking out. He had been hanging with one of his friends having a round of video games when he had gotten the call. He had known this day was coming but he wasn't expecting it to come today, in fact he thought he had another week or so, or he wouldn't have been anywhere other then with Julie. Apologizing and telling his friend what was going on, they had ended the game and Dylan had run out to his car. Ignoring the flashing of the cameras he jumped in his car and zoomed off towards the hospital. The call he had gotten was from the hospital, Julie was in labour, they were going to be parents. When they had gone to the appointment they had found out they were having twins so they had made sure they had two of everything. Dylan looked into the back seat and smiled at the site of the two car seats, he was about to become a dad.
Getting to the hospital Dylan parked the car in the closetest spot he could find and rushed into the hospital. Luckily there were no paparazzi at the hospital yet, but he knew it was only a matter of time before they found out the babies were coming. Dylan ran to the front desk and asked where he could find Julie. Once he had been given directions he had rushed to the room, stopping just outside the door he took a deep breath. Walking in he saw Julie and rushed over to her with a smile. Taking her hand in his he looked down at her, "hey baby."

Julie had opted out of the strong pain medicine so to be honest she looked like crap. Her father was beside her rubbing her back until Dyl arrived. When he did he kissed his daughters head and hugged dyl. "Call me when their born." he said quietly before stepping out of the room. Julie's naturally curly brown hair was limper then usual. She was curled up slightly and she smiled at him. The babies hearts could be heard from the monitor she was hooked up too and just as her father left the machine monitoring her contractions went haywire showing she was having a pretty strong one. A groan of pain escaped her lips and she closed her eyes and dropped her head squeezing the side of the bed tightly.
"I love you, Dyl, But if you knock me up again before the twins are four I will castrate you." she said with a laugh at the end of the comment. "I would like to forget how much this hurts before I have any more children." She did want to have more with him, but she honestly could wait four years when the twins were older so she wouldn't be changing three diapers and hopefully their careers will have taken off so they could afford more.
the contraction died down and she sighed a sigh of relief. "I just saw the doctor, we may be here a few hours yet my water hasn't broken but the contractions are really close together, about two minuets. He says i am five centimeters dilated. so, five more to go and we'll be parents... " she rolled over on her back to sit up for a few moments pointing to a small bag. "For you."
Inside was a special present for him. a couple of books for him to read while he was there and a stuffed monkey. She knew it was corny but she had gotten them while she packed for the hospital. she did not want him to be bored.

Dylan had hugged her father back and nodded at him watching him leave before he turned his full attention to Julie. He nodded as he listened to her, running through everything that she was saying trying to figure out everything that was going on. He looked over at the small bag and moved to grab it. Opening it and looking inside he smiled and let out a soft chuckle, "thanks this might come in handy. Especially if we are going to be here for awhile." He smiled at her and kissed her cheek gently looking into her eyes for a moment.
He couldn't wait for this, he was about to become a father and he was excited. He had been asked many times if he was scared because of how young they were and he had to admit he was a little scared. He was afraid they wouldn't be able to be the parents their kids deserved, but that was it. He knew they would try their best and that was all they could do.

Julie sighed softly as she saw his reaction to the gifts. "if you read threw those then I'll send daddy to get more." She said smiling. The nurse came in giving her some pain medications that would not hurt the baby. She appreciated the little relief she got. The nurse unhooked her for a little so the poor girl could move around a little. She got up walking around a little since walking and standing was helping gravity work. She was up and down the next few hours the contractions were getting much closer together. She kissed him gently smiling at him. She was not looking as pretty as she worked so hard to look normally. She was sitting on a work out ball her hands on top of her belly when her water finally broke.
"I-its almost time baby. My water broke." she said happily as she got up ever so slowly moving to the bed pushing the nurse call button the nurse came in cleaning up and the midwife came in. They checked her and announced happily it was time to push. Julie had opted on doing a water birth and so she was changed to cover her chest and helped into the tub. She looked Excitedly at Dyl. "Hows your b-book." she asked wincing in pain as another contraction hit while they were getting her ready to push telling her to do so when she felt the urdge, that her body would tell her when it was time. She held her hand out to her love ready for him to help her. Twins was going to suck she wondered if her boy or girl would be first."
"are you ready to be a daddy? I-I'm not sure I"m ready to be a mommy." She knew it was to late to change her mind now she was terrified. Tears filled her eyes. "Dyl.. I-I'm so scared.. I don't think I can do this.."

Dylan has gotten comfortable in a chair beside the bed and had taken out one of the books to try and pass the time. Every so often he would glance over at Julie and give her a smile willing the time to go faster. He folding the corner of the page every time Julie stood up and he moved over to wrap his arm around her to help support her as she moved around the room. When she sat on the work out ball he placed his hand on her belly and went back to reading leaving the one hand on her belly. He was rubbing his thumb over her belly when he heard her voice. Closing the book and tossing it to the chair that his jacket was hanging over he moved over to her looking into her eyes.
Dylan took her hand, squeezing gently when she winced in pain. He moved to rub his hand over her back softly, "it's good." He hated seeing her in pain, his hand just kept running in circles on her back. He watched as the nurse moved around getting everything ready. He took a deep breath, keeping her hand in his own, the other hand rubbing her back. He kept his eyes on hers, moving the hand that was rubbing her back to gently run a finger across her forehead lightly.
He nodded his head, "yeah I'm ready to be a daddy. We can do this baby." As she spoke again he leaned over and kissed her gently, "it's okay baby. You can do this. I believe in you. I know you can do this."

She groaned as the time came for her to push. She looked terrified at him as she took a deep breath. "I-I am sure you a-are going to be a great father, I hope I can be a good mother." she started to take cues from her body and a few strong pushes the first one was born, the little boy was pulled quickly out of the water and the nurse helped Dylan cut the cord before taking the baby to get cleaned and checked on a few minuets later she was pushing her daughter out. She squeezed Dyl's hand so tightly it was a shock she did not break his poor hand. She finally got the last child out and she sat back as the nurse once again directed him to cut the cord. The midwife fussed with Julie for amoment before she was taken out of the water and dried off she was moved to the bed.
The boy was brought over cleaned weighted and what not wrapped in a little blanket and handed to Julie. Julie started to cry slightly as she held her son in her hand. "Dyl, he looks so much like you." she said running her hand over the babies head. "oh my gosh." she said softly sniffling softly. The nurse walked up a few moments later handing Dyl the little girl. "Our family is whole now..."

Dylan was in a daze as everything was going on, he was going to be a father. He did as the nurse directed to cut the cord, a smile on his face as he did. He watched as the nurse placed their baby boy in Julie's arms. That meant the girl was next, he took a deep breath as he waited. Doing once again as the nurse instructed to cut the cord he turned his eyes to Julie and their son. He couldn't believe it, they were parents and they had two healthy babies to prove it. He smiled at Julie, "I bet that's how I looked when I was born." He chuckled softly, Dylan had never seen baby pictures of himself, in fact he had never seen a picture of himself from before he was adopted.
As the nurse placed the little girl in his arm, he felt the tears spring to his eyes. For the first time since he had been adopted Dylan started to cry. It wasn't sad tears, but instead tears of joy, he just couldn't believe he was a father and there in his arms was the most beautiful baby girl he had ever seen. Leaning his head he placed a gentle kiss to the little girls cheek before he looked at Julie with a nod and a smile, "whole and perfect."

She kissed her son gently on the head as he wiggled and cooed in her arms. She looked up happily at dylan. "This is going to be insane." After a few pictures taken and their parents coming in to see the babies they were left alone both infants laying in their own little bed. Julie sat at the edge of her bed watching her little ones.
"It is a mirical to have more then on child and have them both healthy." she said happily looking up at him. "Look at their little hands and their little feet." she wiped a tear from her eye. "so beautiful."

Dylan couldn't take his eyes off their children, they were tiny but healthy and that was all he could ask for. He had been afraid since they day they had found out they were having twins. He knew when twins were born sometimes they were underweight, or one of the twins had a problem but both their kids were healthy and looked content as they laid in their beds. He smiled as he looked at them, he was a proud father and he knew when they started talking about the kids to others the proudness would reflect.
He finally moved his eyes from the twins to look at Julie, moving so that he was laying on the bed beside her. Wrapping an arm gently around her, he kissed her cheek. "Of course they are beautiful, they are half you." He smiled leaning his head so it was beside hers.

"With out genes they were bound to be perfect." she said smiling as she looked at him. Everything had happened so fast, she was suddenly going to be a mother at sixteen, and he was a willing father. What started out as fear of losing the man she loved turned into joy of their family being complete. She sighed contently closing her eyes and cuddling close to him. "My Album will be realized in a few months.. and your movie is about to rap isn't it? We will be able to stop relying on dad to help us.. though he insists on paying for our nanny even though she will only be there while we're at school or work."
She sighed realizing so much had to be done now that the twins were born. She already had both nurseries set up and ready and all that but now she had to be an adult, She had a photo shoot to schedule as well as interviewing nannies to find one she trusted with her precious gifts. She started to cry. "I-I'm sorry, I'm scared, once we leave here.. its us.."

Dylan cuddled his head into Julie's neck, he was beyond happy. They were parents and they had two very beautiufl, healthy children. Everything was just perfect and he wouldn't change that moment for anything. "Baby we're going to be able to do this. We are going to be able to be amazing parents and we have two amazing children. Yeah my movie is just about to wrap so I can be home more with the twins while you work on the album and all that promotion stuff you're going to have to do for it." He smiled and kissed her neck softly.
He held her closer as she started to cry, running a hand gently along her back, "Julie, it will be okay. I know you're scared but we can do this. You endure paprazzi day after day, being a parent is going to be a breeze compared to that. Plus I'll be there with you to help. It will be both of us and I know we can do this."

She sniffled slightly nodding as she looked at the two precious babies laying in their beds. Two precious lives in her hands. She trusted Dylan enough to believe that he would no lie to her about this. She gave a soft sigh and fell asleep finally letting her mind rest.
The next morning she was on the phone with her publicist while feeding Christine. Zachary was fast asleep still. "Yes, People.. Our apartment maybe next week..." she said pretty calm. She hung up the phone after setting that up and set it aside as she pulled the baby up burping her gently.
