Wow guys! We're off to a FANTASTIC start! From one member (my lonely self), to sixteen, that's a great thing to see! Though a few are already inactive (shame, shame!) we have so many lovely, active people that it more than makes up for it!

Mods
Congrats to our two lovely mods, Laerin and Zinc! They've already proven themselves beyond useful, and I'm so grateful to have them! Be sure you thank them for all their hard work guys!

Bonus Marks
Get someone to join before the 30th of September and you'll earn a bonus 30 marks! (They must make at least one character to prove 'activity'.) So tell your friends about us!

Firelizard Hatching
The Beauty of Nature Clutch has begun hatching in the Gardens! Go check it out for your chance at one of eight firelizard babies!

Zombie Apocalypse Clutch
The Touching and Hatching dates have been set for the Z.A Clutch! Touching will begin October 3rd and will run till the Hatching, which will start on the 10th! If you are unable to make the Touching, please pre-write a touching post and send it to a mod or myself!

Flights and Future Clutches
While nothing is for sure scheduled yet, I have plans on Ailith Flying sometime in October (perhaps right around Halloween), which will result in a small clutch. I'll also be talking to Honour about possible having Reevenorth Fly. Also. If you have a clutching swiftlizard and would like them to Run, please let me know and we might work something out for a clutch!

Needed Characters
We're doing excellent on the character front so far! Both our Junior Weyrwoman and Searchrider H'mar have been created (thanks to both their players), so hit them up for activity! However, we do need many more characters still, ESPECIALLY riders of male dragons.

Plot
October will begin our first major plotline, so heads up on that!

Contest
I'm proposing an advertising contest for October, however I'm not one hundred percent certain on what prizes I'd like to give out just yet... Possibly shop items... However, if you have any ideas for prizes you'd LOVE to see, drop me a line and let me know.

Wherhandlers
How soon, if at all, would you guys like to see wherhandlers introduced? I have quite a few lovely plotlines in mind for them, however I want to hear what you guys think about it so far!

Pet Species
What are you guy's thoughts on another bondable pet species? Would you welcome it, or would you not want it at all? You can either PM me or respond to this thread in a reply.

Hey there Phoenix and thank you for being our Admin and setting up this awesomely addicting site...I'm even here when I should be working!!!

I wanted to say that I think another impressionable pet would be awesome! Maybe one that has to be earned, by posts? That way it helps memeber activity and pulls in some people to be active like the rest of our awesome crew!

I also think that whers would rock! I'd be glad to throw a character to them if we decided to bring them in! Since I love love love whers.

I'll second Laerin's thanks, Phoenix - none of this would exist without you, so thank you for coming up with Alaula and setting it all up! And every member here is so incredibly awesome as well!

I also adore whers, and so am all for introducing them, though maybe after the Hatching, so that we only have one Major Event on at one time, and so we can devote the proper time and attention to the awesome that will be reappearing whers?

I'm in two minds about another impressable pet species, though, as we do already have firelizards and swiftlizards, and I kind of feel like another species would be rather indulgent, and possibly too much. On the other hand, pets are always rather fun... I may have to unhelpfully sit on the fence on this issue!

Whers are awesomesauce! I\d love to see some whers in. I'd also love to bring in my goldhandler (or greenhandler, either way) cause she's so fun to play lol (cause she's a bitch).

Bondable pets? Mmmm, I dunno, we already have swiftlizards, so I think another draconic species would be overkill. If it were something completely different like otters or millipedes (I have seen both done!) then hell yeah, I'm all for it xD
