Administration is law. Please respect us. If we ask you to do something please do it. We're not here to be the bad guys but we are here to keep order and run the game. If there is a problem let us know. If you have any suggestions then please direct them to our PM boxes and we'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible. There are only three of us so please try not to swamp us too much in private messages.

Do not troll, spam or flame. Be nice to other members or you will be warned. We do have a warning system which means you get five strikes before you're banned for good. Do not be mean to other members of the board. Just because you're angry at someone does not mean you can take it out on them on the board, either ICly or OOCly. If there is an issue please direct it to the administration for resolution; don't take it upon yourself to solve. Keep all insults away from the board and other players. If you are found to be making any kind of ethnic slur you will be banned without being subject to the warning system.

Graphics must be no larger than 150x150 for avatars and 550x220 for signatures. Use real people only; no animated or cartoon-like images!

Respect the chat box. No spamming, no advertising, no fighting and please keep the language rather clean.

There is a maximum of five characters allowed at any time on this board. Please remember that when registering for a new character you must be active with them. Limits on the amount of characters any player can have at any given time is placed so activity remains fruitful. Having a lack of such is negative to the board as a whole.

Addendum (02/23/2009): The character limit, currently, is no limit. This means if you would like more than five characters you must contact the administration before even registering. We always answer our PMs. DO NOT REGISTER FOR A NEW CHARACTER IF YOU HAVE FIVE ALREADY. Ask the administration first.

If any one character goes inactive for more than a week that character will be placed on suspension until you appeal to have them back.

In order to gain more than five characters you must have administration permission; that means all three administrators will discuss it and the player will be notified of the decision.

Original characters that wish to be in relation to canons must have administrative permission and the player of the canon in question before registering.

If a playby for a character is taken that is that.

All characters must be approved before play is permitted. If you do not wait before posting then the character will be deleted without notification.

You must have your application posted within seven days of claiming a character on the Canon List. If the application is not then the reservation will be taken off and the character will be up for grabs again. If a profile is not completed within five days then the profile will be deleted and the character up for grabs again.

Character reservations last seven days. Follow the rule above regarding the length of a reservation once a profile has been posted.

When wanting to make an original character you must have one accepted and active canon, be them hero or villain. This goes for every player on the board. Even the administration.

This is an intermediate RPG, which means no one-liners.

Do not make a thread with another character unless that player gives authorization to do so. Too many threads will swamp a player and that is a big no no.

Every in character post must contain at least three hundred words. If the word count is not adhered to, the administration will give out the consequences that pertain to this new addendum.

Do not God-mod. Unless a player gives you permission to use their character for small things (i.e. transportation) you will not control them. This means movement, speech, thoughts, reactions, etc. In fighting you will play nice and give them a chance to respond. Do not assume your hits always land and theirs always miss. Play fair. {die a hero, live a villain}

You may not kill another character unless the player of that character and the administrators (all three of them) give permission to do so.

Please, when creating a Mature Thread, put the tag [M] before the topic title so we know that it has mature content. Refer to the thread titled 'Mature Threads' if there are any misunderstandings of this rule.
