The Winchester Mystery House Stairs to the Ceiling -- Aether's Haunt -- Great Hall -- Mascot Race
All entrances to the school are located inside of the world-famous Winchester Mystery House, the primary one being the stairs that seem to lead right to the ceiling. Only those with magical blood are able to find that the they can pass right through the boards of the ceiling to the fifth floor of the house, into the very room where the ghost of Erebus Lincoln Aether conducts his sorting and job interviews.
From there, the students can pass through the founders' portrait into the main floor. To their right is located the Great Hall, where students eat their meals. To their left, a series of four entrances that transport them to the different levels of the school: a broom closet, a fireplace, an elevator, and a staircase. The house is, for the most part, "off limits" to the students, but a few daring ones like to sneak out and explore the lower levels.

The Terra Floor Pygmaei Commons and Dormitories -- Herbology -- Ancient Runes -- Muggle Studies -- Earth Magic -- Muggle Geography -- Extra Curricular Art -- Extra Curricular Muggle Art
The Terra Floor is the lowest of the levels of the school: located in the ground area against the back of the Winchester Mystery House. It is accessed by taking the fourth entrance from the Mascot Race Portrait: a descending staircase that automatically moves the students to the bottom floor when stood upon. Students will find that the floor is entirely grass and sprinkled with whichever flora they prefer best, and that the walls are in fact tunnels built entirely of sod.

The Aqua Chasm Ondine Commons and Dormitories -- Transfiguration -- Arithmancy -- Apparition -- Muggle Mathematics -- Extra Curricular Music -- Extra Curricular Muggle Music
The Aqua Chasm is located just above the Terra Floor and is accessed by entering the third entrance from the mascot race: an elevator door. The floor of the elevator disappears as soon as the doors close. Those transported find themselves falling through darkness and as soon as the screaming stops, end up in a knee-deep pool of water. The walls are entirely covered by a layer of falling water, and the rooms can only be accessed by walking through the thinner portions of water that conceal them. Interestingly, the water never actually wets the students, and cannot be inhaled or ingested in any way.

The Ignis Hearth Urodela Commons and Dormitories -- Defense Against the Dark Arts -- History of Magic -- Alchemy -- Muggle History -- Extra Curricular Ancient Studies
The Ignis Hearth is entered through the fireplace located in the empty classroom across from the Muggle Studies class. The fireplace acts as an instant, soot-free floo to the sixth floor of the Winchester Mystery House. The walls and floor are made of glass bricks that contain live, never-dying embers, so that this floor is insulated at a never-wavering 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The classrooms and Urodela Commons and dormitories are accessed through similar fireplaces leading to the separate rooms.

The Aeris Tower Sylph Commons and Dormitories -- Astronomy -- Charms -- Divination -- Wandless Magic -- Muggle Science -- Extra Curricular Ghoul Studies
The Aeris Tower is located at the height of the school: the rebuilt seventh floor of the Winchester Mystery House. To get there, students must enter the first entrance from the founders' portrait: a seemingly empty broom cupboard. The cupboard is in fact a long vertical corridor which the students must travel to reach the top floor. Although there are many different options, most fly up on broomsticks, which are provided by the cupboard itself if one is not owned. The floors and walls of this level are perhaps the most intimidating, as they are made of material the consistency of hardened smoke and are nearly see-through at times. All rooms on this floor are accessed by trampolines located directly below their towers.

The Grounds Quodpot Stadium -- Flying -- Care of Magical Creatures -- Muggle Physical Education
Originally on an estate of 162 acres, the public domain of the Winchester Mystery House now consists of only 4.5 of those - not even a mile. However, the cloaking charm that conceals the school has also preserved much of the original land, and the students are free to roam about the place in their free time. The grounds is also home to a constantly changing sports stadium, which is able to convert from a quodpot stadium to a quidditch pitch to a football or soccer field, a basketball court, and back again.
