Suddenly, the line of vision changed to a flock of birds, hovering overhead. Their chatter calmed the nerves of the alphess. Her black tail swinging unconsciously, auds twitching as she listened to their harmony. The slender black legs finally collapsed beneath a large oak tree. The body was hot, the weather humid. You could here the alphess's panting if you listened close enough. Frame smiled, this was where she'd met Kortation. He smiled at the memory, leaping to her feet again. She searched for the place where she'd first entered the lands. She was proud of herself for a breif moment as she realized that she had found what sh'ed always wanted. A family. She thought back to the two newer members, and the pups, and the random pup. Her life was coming together quite nicely, actually. A smiled crept onto her maw as she padded along the border. What pack lands lay beyond here? Kaiser's? She didn't really care. But she smelt the scent of one of her pack members on the border, and it was rather fresh..

Rawr. Multi hued optics stared out at the alphena. Her black form was inspecting some part of the territry. The fae of opposing sides smirked. This fae was not of opposing sides in the war, just in position, literally speaking, actually. Her brown and gray form began to move towards the alphena. Her coal colored maw open, voice tricking out, Ma'am, if I may ask, what is it that you wish to know? Why inspect the borders, if- She stopped mid sentence when a male scent pounded into her nostrils. And.. It wasn't just any male's scent it was, or the alpha male's scent... Chemistry? The words slipped out of her mouth. That's when she remembered him telling her about his affair with a lovely fae of another pack. And of their.. Alchemy swallowed a lump in her throat. This was the pack they were allied with, no? Did the alphena suspect something? She hoped to Zeus that the alphena was just as puzzled as she had once been. But, wait! Wouldn't this make their alliance stronger? The gray fae hoped it would, she had been doing much praying that her brother would not be harmed for his sin... Perhaps the Gods had ignore her plea.
