Description: Lithe and long like most WindClan cats, Foxstar is a large and imposing individual. Though not bulky by any means, his lanky frame is covered in hard, wiry muscles, and it is easy to see that this cat is possessed of ample amounts of power. He is covered in short ginger tabby fur, which is a vibrant orange and has well-defined stripes. His paws, chest, and belly are white, lending an aspect of neatness to his severe appearance. Foxstar's clear, storm grey eyes stand out against his brightly coloured pelt, and are often filled with concentration and focus. His sharply pointed ears accent his face, which is angular and long-featured like the rest of him. Foxstar's movements are confident and deliberate, embodying all the power and grace that one would expect in a cat of his rank.

Personality: From the time he was first able to speak, Foxstar was a precocious little kit. He has always been very level-headed, and liked to think things through even before he earned his warrior name. Extremely quick-thinking and intelligent, Foxstar is able to make decisions on the fly without missing or forgetting anything. He is observant and talented at noticing things that are happening around him, with a good memory that forgets almost nothing. As well as being a very organized cat, Foxstar is very outgoing. He isn't afraid to speak up and make himself heard, especially if he believes that his message is important. Courageous and fearsome in battle, Foxstar is a cat to be respected, for though he is too wise to plunge into battle without reason, his claws are still sharp if he ever has reason to fight.

History: As a young cat, Foxstar was very close to his brother, Palekit. His only litter-mate, Palekit was small and weak from birth, and never had much strength or stamina for play. But the young Foxkit loved him anyway, and stuck loyally by him despite the fact that it meant less opportunities to play and explore. No one was surprised when Palekit died. The cold and hunger of leaf-bare was simply too much for him, and to many cats it was a relief, though still a sad loss. It had always been obvious that Palekit was never going to be a warrior.

Foxkit was devastated by his brother's death, but it only made him more determined to live and take care of the others that he loved. Soon he was made an apprentice, and the newly-named Foxpaw began training with his mentor, Badgerclaw. His mentor was often strict and harsh, but he was also a skilled warrior, and Foxpaw learned much under his guidance. The time came, several moons into his apprenticeship, when WindClan had to drive off a ShadowClan border raid, and Foxpaw performed excellently in the battle. When the victorious ThunderClan patrol returned to camp, Foxpaw was given his warrior name, Foxeye.

Now a warrior, Foxeye tried harder than ever to serve his Clan. Taught wisdom and fairness by his short-lived brother, and ferocity as well as cunning from his mentor, the new warrior quickly grew to be respected by the Clan. It was shortly after his warrior ceremony that his mother was killed by a badger, and
Foxeye once again had to deal with the loss of a close family member. Despite his setbacks, when the old deputy retired Foxeye was chosen to take his place, and many moons later, when WindClan's leader lost his last life, it was Foxeye who became the new leader.

The first thing Foxeye did after the leader had been properly honoured was journey to Highstones to receive his name and lives from StarClan. The first cat to give him a new life was his mother, who gave him the life of protection to care for his Clan as a mother cares for her kits. It was fierce as a hailstorm. He recieved seven other lives from various other friends and Clan members, and his last life came from Palekit. Still young and small as he had been years before, Palekit gave him a life of perseverance, and he treasured every agonizing moment of it.

Other: Though he has led his Clan for several moons now, Foxstar has lost only one life, defending WindClan against a couple of rampaging dogs who had escaped their owners and attacked the camp.
