Hello, I hope you enjoy your stay here. We're an Alternate Universe Death Note RPG, based on both Death Note and Another Note canon. This is a continuation of another game but we happily accept new players. (See FAQ)

PLOT
Kira has finally trimuphed over the immediate successors of L, Near and Mello. Nevertheless so that god may never be opposed again, he has turned his attenion to all the former heirs of L, and is ready to begin a vicious campaign to stamp them all out while creating his perfect kingdom.

Okay so, I had a character in mind, but he is only 8 years old, and therefore not able to take care of himself. Is Wammy's still a working place? Can children still live there, or will they be evacuated? What about a child who wants to chase Kira, but needs people to act on his behalf? How can I work that out?

I believe Wammy's is still occupied with orphans, but Light Yagami plans on raiding it eventually.

Essentially what Pickles said. Wammy's House is currently operating as usual, however, with Light's recent victory, he'll most likely make that a target very soon. Your character can be an orphan there, however, just know that he won't have a home for long.

Of course, just to be sure, I'd wait for word from Birdy.

Hmm. I have no problem if Wammy's is evacuated, but, as I said, my character is only 8 years old. It seems I'd have to pair him up with someone.

There is staff still at Wammy's, but yes most likely the evacuated children would be split among Operatives that could care for them. The ones Kira does not capture.

Q: If they can do college level psychology, sure, I'm game.

Another option is creating another OC for him to pair up with, although, I'd suggest you go with someone else. More oppurtunities for RP, y'know.
