At 8:37 PM, February 14th, a package arrived at The Center. There was no return address, but further investigation into the postal service would reveal it was sent from 1-chome, Nagatachô, Chiyoda, Tokyo. It was completely devoid of explosives, toxins, or any other dangerous material. There was only a red heart-shaped box filled with chocolates, and a note taped to the front, a clipping from a Japanese newspaper pasted messily in the middle.
