A Face in the Crowd





Well helloooo there!

As of today, June 2nd, 2012, A Face in the Crowd is back up and running! We're looking forward to getting back in the swing of things. We know we have some new members and we're quite excited about that! Welcome!

We also wanted to officially welcome onto the staff as a moderator: MIDGE! Midge has been a member since the opening of AFC. She's a fantastic writer, as well as character creator. Simply put, we're kind of a fan.

Now it's time to just get through a couple of housekeeping chores for non-new members:

  • Please double check to make sure all of the characters you did not want to keep have been properly archived.
  • Please go through all your threads and PM or IM 'Gossip Columnist' and let me know which threads you would like archived. If in a week's time a thread does not have a post in it AND you have not let us know that you would like to keep it, it will be archived.

    Just one more thing... The rules have been updated from this point going forward. The new section of the rules reads:

    We'd prefer not to place a word count to restrict our players in the least, but we request that majority of your posts that are in excess of 400 words. We understand that sometimes it is easier to play out scenarios in a more 'quick fire/short post' sort of way, so we do have a specific section for that. Please do not abuse this section or you will be talked to by an admin.

    AND

    When creating a new character, we ask that you have at least 4 posts with your most recently created character. Games and Out of Character posts do not count.

    Pretty simple stuff. I think that's it! We look forward to threading and plotting with everyone!!
