Located right at the center of the Dominion, the Governmental Halls house the President and its reigning party. The building was erected hundreds of years ago, before architects learned the practicality of stacking rather than spreading, and thus it covers an impressively large surface, yet is only 3 stories tall. While the exterior's antique look was preserved, the inside is a wonder of modern technology and boasts a top of the line security system.

Located not too far from the Governmental Halls is the Vanguard's Headquarters, a modern looking building housing the greatest Super Heroes to ever grace the Metropolis. Some of the lower tiers are open to the general public, where the average men and women work as bureaucrats, but the establishment's higher tiers are restricted to registered Super Humans only. The Headquarter features a research department, Medical Laboratories, a vast conference room, Super Hero offices, Testing Grounds for Super Powers and, of course, a Cafeteria known for its sub-par meals.

Right at the Dominion's gate stands the Vanguard Academy, where the Super Heroes of tomorrow are formed and trained. Attendance is mandatory for all Super Humans, starting from age 16. The building features just about everything you would expect from a regular school but the classes are rather Super, pun fully intended.

Located at the heart of the Metropolis, the Central Park is truly a sight to behold. A lush natural verdant carpet stretches over miles and features bleached white stone pathways leading through its most beautiful areas. The fountain of heroes, gazed at by thousands and thousands on a daily basis, is a magisterial piece of art standing at about 20 feet tall and featuring the very first Super Heroes, pioneers of the Vanguard. The large path leading to it is lined up with lifelike statues of modern heroes, those who's heroic deeds will be remembered for generations to come.

The residential area is divided in neighborhoods, some intended for the average men and women of the Metropolis and others for the higher classes of society. Regardless of your wealth or standing, there's just the neighborhood for you! This area also features a few local businesses to save residents a trip into the industrial or entertainment district.

From shopping malls to theaters, not to forget nightclubs, restaurants, a large sports dome and other various attractions, the entertainment district has a little bit of everything to keep the good citizens busy. Flashy neon signs and holographic billboards litter the streets, invading every available corner with their cheesy slogans and catchy tunes.

While some refuse to acknowledge the very existence of such district within the Metropolis, the fact remains that it's the most lucrative corner in town. Sex, drugs and scandals are readily available around the clock and it is generally accepted that the villains run the district, although it doesn't keep the average citizen to fork over their hard earned money for an hour of pure pleasure. Surprisingly, this area also boasts the lowest crime rate of the entire Metropolis, but you would do well to remember that what happens at the Red Light District stays at the Red Light District.

Much like the name suggests, every major industry is located within this district. Super Villains will often target the specialized parts storages in order to craft their 'Evil' weapons, armors or other devices and although security measures have been set in place, one can hardly defend themselves against those who can bend the very fabric of reality.
