Team Work, Working as a team

Guys in the past we would create a room on different maps where only LTU could get in and we would split up and discuss different tactics. We need to do this again on certain days. We will have 1 terrorist and everyone else will be seals so that we can walk around scoping out different ways to defeat our opposition. Another thing is that we don't work as a team and until we do, we will continue to lose....because this is a team game not a one on one. If I am following you, you cant move without telling me that you are moving to the next position so I can take over your last position. Ideas?
